So when Caroline sister notices a suspicious mole (or spot, since it changed) on Claire before heading to the beach, she encourages her to get it checked out. Worried, she books the first appointment she can get. She gets the shock of her life in the exam room when she realizes her doctor is not only incredibly handsome, but is the brother of a surf instructor she had a crush on as a girl. Asking any man out feels awkward for Claire, but asking one out after he has already seen her most intimate parts, well, that proves to be particularly daring. But wanting to heed the advice of a women’s magazine she read in the lounge, she decides to take charge and make that first move. Things feel good, but at the same time something seems off.
