Aleksandr Bushkov continues his study of the Stalin's personality and his works in the last two decades of his life. About one third of the book is taken by four Conversation of J. Stalin with the German writer E. Ludvig, Conversation of Stalin with the English writer G.H. Wells, L. Beriia's speech on the history of the Bolshevik organization in Transcacausia (the first publication); Materials of the criminal case of M.N. Tukhachevskii (handwritten testimony after his arrest).
