Primeiro são os humanos, ou então Deus? Desejando encontrar-se com o último dos candidatos a Deus, Mirai e seus quatro companheiros revelam suas identidades, e com forte determinação, aparecem diante das pessoas. E então, como se correspondesse ao sentimentos deles, o último candidato, o Prof. Yoneda, surge. Porém, a explicação que ele deu sobre a escolha do novo Deus é chocante a ponto de abalar o mundo inteiro!

Acabarei com tudo. A conversa entre os candidatos a Deus foi brutalmente interrompida com a morte inesperada de Susumu Yuito. “Deus não existe”. Depois que Yoneda proferiu essa ideia, que foi alastrando pelo mundo todo, um próximo encontro entre eles parecia difícil... Afinal, quem tipo de pessoa Yoneda é?! E qual o fim que ele deseja?! As “escolhas” de cada um começam a se entrelaçar.

The remaining candidates meet for a final showdown to determine who will be the next god. Professor Yoneda plans to prevent a new god from being chosen at all costs.
