Burly bears Teddy and Geoff live a quiet and loving life running a bed and breakfast nestled in the mountains of Washington State. Over the past six years, The Bear’s Den has established itself as a thriving little retreat, a real-world escape for the big furry men of the bear community. By contrast, Ciaran’s day-to-day existence in San Francisco is hectic, yet he feels lonely and isolated amongst the sea of people. Desperate for a change of scenery, he decides to drive up to Canada to spend Christmas with his family, and to sweeten the deal, he booked a stopover at The Bear’s Den, hoping for a small-town feel. However, when Ciaran arrives at The Bear’s Den, he’s the only guest there. And after a freak avalanche hits the area, he, Teddy and Geoff find themselves trapped together for the holidays.
