Thirty years prior to the events of A Widow’s Web, there existed an empire known as Treaston, renowned for its magic, dragons, and wonder. Nevertheless, despite the enchantment and awe that surrounded the lands, the future of the empire was at risk. Rebels were actively opposing the Endellion regime and approached the capital. And amidst a climate of fear and instability, the community felt more vulnerable and defenseless than ever before. However, according to the Dragon Elders, a newborn child was essential to their salvation and that of Treaston. Still, the current King chooses to disregard this prophecy in favor of pursuing his own interests and agenda for fear of the people uprising further to topple his regime. Everything was marked by uncertainty, with the sole exception of one thing: the inevitability of their deaths. Is the information you possess accurate?
