Adrian Pracon is the leader of LLH Telemark, districtsecretary for AUF in Telemark, active member of Skien and Telemark Labour party. He survived the terrorist attack on Utøya in Norway the 22. of July 2011, and in the book "Hjertet mot steinen" he describes what happened to him.
