Alba Clara started writing when her world flipped upside down, and her imagination took over a sizeable chunk of her brain. When every vulnerable community battled for so many high stakes, and her own family found itself on the brink of implosion, it was the perfect time to share BIPOC experiences with a dash of social justice. In her first book, Aphrodisiac, she challenges the status quo in a love story about a man and woman with opposing views on religion.
