
Alejandro Serralde, BA, MBA started his career in the financial & industry, managing process improvement and highly complex technology projects for BT Financial Group. He then worked for ElectraNet and Powerlink Queensland, designing and building infrastructure projects, such as power-plants and transmission lines. He is now, Managing Director of Reddin Assessments, a boutique management consulting firm founded by his father and behavioural guru Dr. William J. Reddin that designs management processes and facilitates change to enable the connection between strategy and execution. The firm uses high quality behavioral data to boost performance. Since joining Reddin Assessments, he has worked in four continents and lead major business transformational projects in Duracell, Valeo, Boehringer Ingelheim, American Standard, Campbells Soup, AlEn USA and Tegu besides many others. Alejandro enjoys designing tools and instruments to make teams more aligned and more successful. When he is not doing that, or leading a group of consultants or advising clients, he loves writing. He is the co-author of the Seven Secrets of Highly Effective Leaders and Success: what to do (and not to) to be more successful in your job, which he wrote with his mentor, Dr. Robin Stuart-Kotze.
