Embracing her love of American and British history from an early age, Ms. Filipowski has been an independent historical researcher for nearly 20 years. She studied history at Trinity College, Dublin, and earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in History from Hunter College, City University of New York. Her published works have appeared in America's Civil War and Georgia Backroads. She lives in South Mississippi with her husband and two children.
