I was nominated in 2009 and 2013 for a Pushcart Prize in nonfiction and fiction, respectively. Right now I'm editing an anthology for Creative Nonfiction and simultaneously writing a young adult novel. I live in Brooklyn, New York with my husband, son, dog, and cat.
