Alison Faiella is a psychological suspense author who lives in the Tampa Bay area with her incredibly patient husband, their three teenage boys (her favorite chaos), and two lovable dogs who think they’re humans. She’s been writing since junior high, when she discovered stories were cheaper than therapy, and won a literary award in college for her early work. Built to Be Forgotten is her debut novel, born out of her previous work as a Lifestyle Director at an assisted living/memory care, and her desire to never forget her residents. When she's not writing, Alison can usually be found at a little league field, yelling supportive things in a sarcastic tone, or binge-watching baseball (go Rays!). She lives with multiple invisible illnesses and writes through the fog, using humor, honesty, and a healthy dose of denial.
