Sorcha is a sexual vampire, or succubus. Unlike blood vampires, who need blood to live, Sorcha needs sexual energy. Having matured late in life, only getting her periods at the age of eighteen, she had been unaware that she was a sexual vampire, a child of Lilith, mother of all sexual vampires.
