At thirty-five years of age Zach Conway thinks his life is going just fine, but the Universe would tend to disagree. Seemingly overnight his world is turned upside-down by a series of traumatic incidents involving his seventeen-year relationship, his job, and finally, his family. Broke and dispirited by the ceaseless blows the Fates have rained down upon him Zach returns to his childhood home to start his adult life all over again. It all seems hopeless from the bottom of the dark hole he metaphorically has been thrown into. But things begin to look up when he realizes that he has the love of a wacky, but very supportive, family. Plus the challenging (and downright crazy) clients that he meets via his new business venture give him an impetus to fight back against his recent vicissitudes. And to top it off he becomes reunited with someone from his past that quite possibly is meant to be part of his future. Along the way on Zach's cathartic journey he deals with crazy bosses, drunken holiday revelers, fruitcake-wielding bigots and last but not least, monkeys. Yes monkeys. No story is complete without monkeys, and thankfully this story has them. Enjoy!
