When I was a child for a couple of years I lived in Kerala, South India. My mother used to bash out short stories on an old imperial typewriter, and had some work published. I think after years of reading her work I started to get the writing bug. I now live in a much colder climate. Northumberland, England. I love animals, bees, hiking, and tapestries. I started writing fantasy books. "Stevie Rump and the Sea-Witches of Glendowwer" & "The Ghost of Cattingham Hall". I have had to do a lot of research around the Victoria era, from food, clothing to travel routes and steam trains, even yodelling.Follow up book was " Stevie Rump and the Werewolves of Howly Island" . I have recently had published "Stevie Rump and the Snow Beast Terror". I love doing tapestries I found the "Hunt for the Unicorn" so interesting especially when i read articles on the tapestries. I am in the process of making rheumatism cream for my sore thumb after years of repetitive strain from home crafts, art and writing.
