In Jakarta, Indonesia, Raja is the butler, concierge, fixer for billionaire LA socialite Margo Lipman and her three adult children, London, Rome and Harper. Margo is in the country to sell her late husband's Asian property empire, while the kids are more interested in partying than enjoying Indonesian culture. Raja tries to make time for his policeman boyfriend, while organising the sale of the mansion, getting a Halloween party ready, and even being the "bag man" when Rome is kidnapped in Bali. Finally, the Lipmans and Raja set sail for Hawaii, along with a number of international friends and staff. But out in the South China Sea an explosion sends the survivors rushing for the lifeboat. They come ashore on a deserted island. So begins a battle for survival. The natural order of things is switched, with Raja becoming the leader, guiding his people through tsunamis and drug pirate attack. The selfish Lipmans develop into more rounded individuals. New, surprising friendships form. But can this new order endure as they wait for rescue?
