Welcome to Sweet Home Amy, a new & fun book series! The first book, on sale now, begins the story of a young 20-something Southern girl who just got divorced and is facing the question, “What now?” It is (loosely) based on Amy’s real life. In 2009, she begins blogging about her everyday adventures, especially her attempt to get back on the dating scene. Book 1 is a light-hearted and witty tale about picking yourself up and trying to come back even stronger…with a few stumbles in between! Amy has been blogging about her dating and other life adventures for over 3 years. She is currently writing the second book in the series, which takes readers on a roller coaster ride through a new relationship, new career calling, and a couple cross-country moves. She now lives in the big city of Los Angeles, California with her boyfriend (who is more famously known as “Surfer” from the blog). There, she enjoys living on the beach, hosting a Kentucky Derby party each year, playing volleyball with her friends, and cooking for her boyfriend.
