Ann spent 4 years in the Women's Royal Navy learning that leadership is everything. She subsequently trained as a work study engineer and then spent over 30 years as an HR Consultant meeting great leaders; mediocre leaders and in some cases utterly diabolical leaders. Ann is passionate about helping people and organisations learn, unlearn and re-learn. Tragically if the person at the top of a business is stuck in the past, then poor results, low motivation, high turnover and even chaos can and will ensue. An acclaimed international speaker, Ann is the author of 6 books and contributor to numerous others.
