Ann has always loved telling stories. Her first one, spun at the age of four while riding on the back of her father's bicycle, was a fairytale that surely deserved a Pulitzer—if only he had been taking notes. Ann went on to pen award-winning movies, TV series, and even ads (because nothing says "creative fulfillment" quite like convincing people they need another kitchen gadget). But she found her happy place with books. When Ann isn't writing, she can be found attempting to bake something that doesn't double as a doorstop, or taking a sunset walk in the beautiful Arroyo Seco with her family and their frisky Maltese Chihuahua.
