Anna Iris was born in Brno, Czech Republic to parents of Greek origin. Her family soon moved back to their ancestral homeland where Anna continues to reside today. She is a trained actress and has taken numerous developmental classes in drawing and sculpting. A woman of many interests, Anna is also an accomplished author. She has written a pair of mystery novels and has recently released her first children’s book. The 'Strange' Girl, is the first in a planned series (TINY IRMA) that gently navigates through life's complexities, offering a guiding light for young readers Anna’s passion for writing evolved as a way to cope with the traumas of suffering from PTSD at a young age. She hopes her book will help children struggling with a self-identity crisis and allow them to embrace their uniqueness. Anna believes doing so is one of the most important things we can do for our youth. Never one to rest on her laurels, she has recently produced her first indie film, The Labyrinth.
