Anthony DeCapite served in the Marine Corps as a Combat Videographer, deploying to cyclone-stricken Bangladesh and to the remote islands of the southern Philippines. The real-life humanitarian crises he experienced during his service continue to influence his work. Anthony went on to graduate from the USC Cinema School’s Writing for Screen and Television Program and is now an author and screenwriter. He’s also a writer-producer at the Institute for Creative Technologies, where he creates games, short films, and futurist fiction for military training and research. He lives in Los Angeles with his faithful dog Sammy.
