Anthony Land is the author of three thrillers – Idiot’s Tale, Nika and The Banshees. He has written for a living since the age of 18. In the process of becoming one helluva lot older, he has had two full careers – 25 years as a wire service, newspaper and television journalist and a near-equal span in advertising, marketing and public affairs. (He was barred from more honorable livelihoods by having unwisely opted for a degree in Philosophy and English.) He and his late wife, Sharon, lived most of their lives in New Orleans, from which they were exiled to Alabama by Hurricane Katrina.
