Arthur Pendragon, born in South Africa in 1959, educated at Kearsney College. Served during National service in the State Presidents Guard in Namibia and Rhodesia. National service completed, worked for several companies before joining Rothmans International Tobacco Company (which later became British American Tobacco). Transferred to London as Global Consumer Relations Manager. Travelled extensively in Europe and the Far East for the company. Left BAT to join Bates Worldwide in New York as Director Consumers Relations and travelled throughout North America. Two years later, resigned and travelled through South America. Arthur has two daughters and now lives in Cape Town South Africa.
