Ashley Hagood is a historical fantasy author. She holds a degree in English & History from Goldsmiths College, University of London. As a history major who studied magic in medieval times, she now writes historical adventures with a dash of magic and romance. She’s especially fond of writing female protagonists who wield sharp swords, sharper tongues, and strong hearts. She currently resides in California with her husband and her very spoiled cat. In a former life, she was an editor and designer in the video game industry.
