A. T. Ross started writing at age ten, after discovering Beowulf at his local library. He's never looked back. He holds an A.A. degree in History, and a B.A. in English Literature. He appeared on the National Dean’s List (2002); is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honors society; and was the vice president of the International Justice Mission (MC chapter), 2006-2009. While in college he also studied film/photography and theater for a year, but never ultimately minored in them. He is the author of Pirate's Redemption, a YA historical adventure novel set in the golden age of piracy. His first collection of short stories will be released in September 2013, and the first book in his high fantasy series will be released in November 2013. He’s also helped do some freelance editing work for a number of places, including a stint as Reviews editor at the small Christian journal Fermentations (2009-2012), which is sadly now defunct. His work has appeared on Fantasy Book Review, Speculative Faith, Hogwarts Professor and Wandlore. In 2012, an excerpt from his review of New York Bestselling Author R. A. Salvatore’s Gauntlgrym was used as a blurb on Salvatore’s forthcoming Charon’s Claw, which was, frankly, pretty cool. One of his stories will appear in the Magpie Eclectic Press 2012 short fiction anthology.
