Bala is a postgraduate in management. A salesperson by profession, he had volunteered himself for training and development activities. A person with a deep understanding of human mind coupled with a tint of humour, he had helped people develop a sense of passion towards their profession. He has been instrumental in helping parents understand their children like never before and invented simple implementable steps for developing happy children. He lives in the beautiful island nation, Republic of Fiji with his two daughters and Wife.
