Barbara Hazard was born, raised, and educated in New England. She studied music in addition to her formal training in art and added the writing of Regencies to her many talents in 1978. Her other hobbies include listening to classical music, reading, quilting, cross-country skiing, and paddle tennis. Barbara currently lives in New Hampshire with her husband.
