Logan Roth has a reputation for being the worst boss in the city. Fortunately, he's not my boss. But he is my landlord, and he seems to think it's the same thing. Once a year, he orders a massive bouquet of roses from my shop and then inspects each flower and stem with military precision. But whatever. I can deal with him once a year. I can stand there and ignore his piercing blue eyes and broad shoulders straining the fabric of his suit. And I definitely won't spend any time looking at his stubbled jaw or firm, kissable lips. I'm going to deliver the flowers and go, and I won't have to think about Landon Roth for another three hundred sixty-four days. It's a good plan. The only problem? This year, Landon Roth has plans of his own.
