Ben Goodwin is a writer, designer, oyster lover, and dog owner. He studied Japanese in college, web design at Business Week Online, and the ins and out of marketing at a small ad agency in New York City. Under the mentorship of author Frank Delaney, he began writing short stories and longer works of fiction while continuing to do design work for authors and businesses alike. He’s successfully self-published numerous titles under his licentious pen name Guy New York, and two under his own: Portraits of Alice, and The Island on the Edge of Normal. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his partner Veronika and their dog Zelda, where he continues to write, design, and publish. He occasionally leads hoards of tourists to some of New York’s best oyster bars and has volunteered for the Billion Oyster Project. Read more at www.oysterben.com
