Berthille Metoua is a New York City–based author, educator, and entrepreneur whose work bridges style, service, and personal development. She holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College. She began her professional journey in 1990 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, later modeling and, in 1991, founding Atlantique Agence—one of the country's early modeling agencies. In New York, she worked as a display stylist at Escada. In 2012, she returned to media and PR, launching a public relations agency and radio show and interviewing artists including Wyclef Jean, Kassav, and Force MDs. She also dedicated many years to social work and counseling, supporting diverse populations as a case manager, CASAC-T, and counselor for major nonprofits and a New York State agency, where she advanced into supervisory and training roles. She has also worked in real estate and lending. As Director of Atlantique LLC and founder of AIDEHHC, she continues to build initiatives that educate, empower, and uplift. Her book THE ABCs OF CLASSY reflects her lifelong commitment to confidence, self-love, and transformation.
