Difficile de laisser son passé derrière soi quand on a combattu le crime durant tant d'années. Troquer son costume d'héroïne contre le cuir de lead singer dans un groupe de rock est sans doute la meilleure chose qui pouvait arriver à Dinah Lance. Toujours sur la route en compagnie de Lord Byron (basse, batterie), de la jeune prodige Ditto (guitare) et Paloma Terrific (synthé), l'ex-justicière apprend désormais à se décentrer pour penser collectif et protéger ses nouvelles amies. Ce qui ne se fait pas sans quelques ajustements... Surtout lorsque son impulsivité légendaire attire sur leur tournée des hordes de fans trop envahissants ou la hargne des groupes rivaux. Sans compter la capacité des riffs de Ditto à attirer sur elles l'attention d'entités surnaturelles...
