When bodies begin turning up in what appears to be fatal accidents, Officer Jacob Riggs takes on the strange events. Each victim held a secret, something evil, and each were obsessed with the newcomer in town and sightings of a black dog. Riggs enlists the help of a local group of teens that seem to be digging up more than he can with his police resources.
