Blindsided is set in Montaur Heights, NY. When Mark Standini was 16 years old, his brother Steve was arrested for selling cocaine, and Standini’s image of his wholesome, all-American town is forever shattered. Sickened and disgusted, Standini leaves town, telling no one and vowing never to return. Now 15 years later, Standini is a special agent with the FBI. He is asked to go back to Montaur Heights undercover and infiltrate a large drug ring operated by people who were once his friends. He does so with a great deal of reluctance. Teamed up with Kristin Rhodes, a beautiful and streetwise New York State Police investigator from Long Island, with whom he poses as a husband and wife team, Standini must now face down the past he never wanted to revisit and do his sworn duty against past loyalties.
