
Sarah has always thought of herself as a normal girl living outside of Salem, Massachusetts. All she knows about her past is that the Headmistress of the Sister’s Covent found her as a baby. She has had vivid nightmares of her dying for as long as she can remember. The nightmares haunt her nights and leave her confused about who she is. On the eve of her twenty-first birthday things are about to change. The Headmistress of the Covent allows her go in to Salem to pick up supplies for the Covent. Her previous adventures into Salem she enjoys the sights of Salem and the people who inhabit this town. On this particular day, a house with strange symbols pulls her to its doorstep. Many times, she has passed by this street and felt nothing. Reaching out to touch the door, Sarah feels a recognizable force from the door. Sarah turns to come face to face with a young man with strange golden eyes asking a question. The young man looks familiar to her as if from a past she cannot remember. From the point on everything will change for Sarah and the golden-eyed man who destined to be bonded.
