Hagan, a bounty hunter, is hired by a wealthy man, Otto, to hire an elusive Faerie that has been spotted near the All Souls Forest. He unwillingly joins Boon, a fellow hunter, on his quest at Otto's request. Together, they travel into the All Souls Forest and find their mark, but quickly realize they got more than they bargained for when it turns out that the Faerie is a widely feared species known for its thirst for flesh and blood-the Bone Faerie. Soon, Hagan considers that she is more than just her apparent nature and will have to decide if risking his freedom or his life is worth the chance to get to know this intriguing creature.
