Nowhere to Run
2008
Jack has a real thing for Ty. Problem is that Ty's a lot younger than him, and straight to boot. Well, at least he thinks Ty is, until Ty makes sure he knows that's not the case, sealing the deal with a kiss. Maybe even more than a kiss, during a spontaneous encounter.
Set in the same world as the popular Hearth and Home series, Jack and Ty can count Robbie and Seth as friends. And matchmakers when someone suggests a night out for beer and pool. Can Jack overcome Ty's growing confusion about what he wants, and keep Ty's family from interfering in their new relationship?

#2
Heart of the Matter
2008
Jack and Ty are making their way together, working on Ty's cousin's land and looking for a place to live together. Then Jack has a heart attack, bringing home the fact that Jack is a lot older than Ty, and that life is awfully short. Jack survives but needs to be more careful, and the boys have to find new work. They find it at a strip club, tending bar and bouncing drunks, but that leads to trouble on its own. When Jack is accused of assault, and Ty's mom comes to town, the guys wonder if they'll ever catch a break. Can they stay focused on what matters the most?

#3
Fighting Chance
2008
Jack's finally getting his health in order, getting a good bill of health from the doctor. It looks like he and Ty are finally catching a break. Which is when something awful happens to Ty at the bar, of course. Ty ends up in the hospital, and Jack's not sure what to do. Especially when Ty's mother, Arlene, shows up. Arlene wants her baby boy to come home and stop living a life of sin. Ty's not about to do that, so it's up to Robbie Sexton's mom to take Arlene under her wing and set the record straight about having a gay son. Will Arlene see the light and let Ty live his own life? Will Ty even recover to have a chance?
