This mini-collection of short stories explores the strangeness of ordinary people. It presents the idea that what we consider 'normal' is only an illusion created by our collective need to exorcise our individual shame. Pain can come in all sizes and if left unchecked it can create a big festering hole in the middle of one's soul. In this first volume of B.I.O.P, the characters explore their own lives with the help of an anonymous interviewer who asks them questions we don't get to read, but that we must infer from the character's answers. Inspired by DFW's Brief Interviews with Hideous Men.
