Brownie January is used to being the go-to man for the day-to-day operations of Midnight Rodeo. As the assistant to the arena boss, he works hard, sometimes for very little recognition, which can hurt a brownie's pride. Still, he's pretty happy with his job, his family at the rodeo, and the periodic carrot cake. If he longs for more, well, he keeps it to himself. That is until Kingston comes along. The new healer is a unicorn, and is definitely the most magical thing January has ever seen. He's smart, gorgeous, and interested in January, which just seems too good to be true.
