Rancher Bill Meritt is fixing to drive a herd of cattle to Dodge City. Bill’s dead brother, however, may get to fix him before he even hits the trail. According to the terms of his brother’s will, Bill inherits half of the Two M Ranch only if he takes his two nieces and their nanny along on the cattle drive. Now, cowboys may spit, sweat, shoot, and cuss, but can they endure the choking dust kicked up on the trail by a bevy of rambunctious young ladies? Bill will soon find out. With his loyal horse Bumpo, Bill leads the girls safely through the perils of the fires, cottonmouths, hurricanes, Indians—not exactly fun fit for tenderfoot females. He cannot wait to send them to Boston, but he may not get rid of them so easily. In the end, Bill must choose between the life of a wild cowboy and the comforts of family companionship that he has never known.
