Chad Pettit is an author, educator, poet, and a bit of a Marvel nerd. He primarily writes dystopian and apocalyptic fiction. In his opinion, those genres allow for the exploration of important topics with rich characters in unique worlds. Chad previously published Christian fiction under the fantasy and biblical subgenres. He considers those works a stepping stone in his author career and refers to them as his "non-canonical years." He teaches high School English in Central Texas where he lives with his wife and children.
