It's Christmas day, and all Scarlet's coworkers at Santa's Grotto have run off and left her to clean up. With all the mess made from excited kids unwrapping presents and adults enjoying free eggnog, there's so much to do. So, she's probably imagining it when the candy canes start talking to her. But, as she goes deeper into the grotto, their voices get louder, until she's suddenly strung up by tinsel and Daddy and Mommy Cane, as well as a whole hoard of sentient candy canes that start using her.
