Carole Williams lives in Warminster, a lovely little market town in the beautiful county of Wiltshire which she moved to after living for 35 years in Leeds. She published the Canleigh series, a trilogy set in Yorkshire, inspired by working for four years as a secretary at Harewood House, a Georgian stately home. Continuing with the Yorkshire theme, she has also written the Peesdown series inspired by running her own petsitting business for 15 years, pounding all the lovely parks in Leeds with groups of bouncy dogs. The fourth book in the series, Poison in Peesdown, will be released in the next few months.
