Ren can see the future through ghosts who speak to him. He's used to knowing more than other people until he meets the ghost of the girl he will fall in love with. He doesn't how or why he will love her, only that he will. He's drawn into her life and finds he must keep a tragic secret about her family to himself. For the first time he wonders if he is the only one who should know the future, or if he can share it.
