Charles Liu spent his formative years attending Arizona State University where he grew increasingly fond of the Grand Canyon States diverse outdoor offerings. Now a software engineer by trade, he spends much of his spare time exploring mountains, leading hiking trips, and photographing and writing about trails around the Southwest.
