Originally a Long Island, New York native, Chris Stubenrauch started writing poetry in 2011. He is the author of a few self-poetry collections including "Chaos Theory" (July 2013), "The Nomad" (June 2014), and Shades of Blue (July 2017). His newest collection, Headwinds (due November 2023), evokes imagery characteristic of the American Midwest and explores personal and societal themes of mental health before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
