I was born and raised in small town Texas but currently reside in Oklahoma. I'm the author of several short stories of horror and contemporary that have appeared in ezines such as Long Story Short, One Forty Fiction, Twiction Addiction and A Medley of Fiction Anthology. My proudest work was a story entitled “Tornado Luck” published in a charity anthology benefiting hurricane victims called Stories of Strength which also included writings from Orson Scott Card, Jenna Glatzer and Wil Wheaton. I completed the “Basics of Writing” course from Long Ridge Writers Group in 2008. My latest work appeared in Trembling With Fear, Chronos: An Anthology of Time Drabbles and 50-Word Stories.

Hákon was born in Iceland in the year 1970. Six years later he wrote his first story. It was about a detective. A year later he took very early retirement from fiction writing to be able to read more. Some twenty years later he intended to go to London to study photography, but due to his sense of direction, he ended up at the University of Iceland studying comparative literature. While there he started to write about cinema and literature, of which a few things got published. Having found something he intended to make a career of, he started to write a book about cinema, but again, due to his sense of direction, he ended up writing more and more fiction instead. He doesn't have a great sense of direction, but hopes he is better at writing.
