I was born in the suburbs of Lisbon, Portugal, in 1977. I have a degree in Philosophy and a post-graduation in Human Resources Management. I lived in more than 20 different places, 7 cities, and 3 countries. I wish that everybody could have a lighter life and be happy. Currently, I'm based in Barcelona, Spain, and with my books, I intend to help anyone who faces the same life obstacles that I had overcome, share my experiences and knowledge. I do not believe in existential perfection but I stand up for an approach to fulfillment and to a life that is better and better, less complicated, more comfortable, and calm.
