Life is difficult enough for eleven-year-old Toni Bradfield when her father decides to move to New Zealand - but things et even worse when she finds out her new home is accros the street from a creepy house where coffins are stord. On one particularly restless night, as Toni sits looking out her window, she sees a light or something moving in the deserted coffin house. When she tells her new freinds Erana and Wiremu about this, Wiremu confides that he too has seen strange things in the creepy building. In fact, he is sure he saw his grandfather sneaking around inside - which seems impossible because his grandfather has been dead for many years. But if it isn't Wiremu's grandfather, then who could it be?
