After The Coldest December Ever, things don’t seem to warm up in Detroit any time soon. After Saint finds out the truths about his wife and his father, he deems their marriage over for good. Holly isn’t trying to accept it and is doing everything she can to repair their tainted relationship. Natasha and Bliss are introduced to new problems, when the visit they paid Christy makes them look guilty of murder. Joy, is still trying to settle in after a hard first couple of months and is torn in between following her heart and doing what she thinks is right. When everything unravels after everyone’s truths come out, the group starts to see December’s issues trickling into the new year. This makes the entire next year seem familiar in the worst ways and feel cold just like December.
