Born and raised in Sheffield, Colette now lives in County Durham with her husband and daft dog. In 2013 an illness led to a complete re-evaluation of her life. What about that book she had always wanted to have published? Having decided that life was telling her to do it while she still could she set to work writing the book she had 'dabbled' with for so long and in 2015 'Things I Should Have Said and Done' was published by Accent Press. Since then she has had another three books published and is currently working on her next project.
