Part of Series

Listening time 7 hours 3 minutes So close to home... And yet farther away than ever. Cam, Vicky, and the others follow the jump gate line into the Reconstructor systems, hoping to find the Northwest Passage back to Earth…back home. Instead, they find death and destruction. And an ancient mystery. Something has wiped out one world after another, not a fleet of aliens, not a natural disaster, but a single enemy. A remnant of an old war, a doomsday weapon in the form of an insidious contagion that could infect one of their own. And if it does, it won’t just be the end of Cam and the crew of the Orion…it’ll mean the end of the human race.
